IN A HEARTBEAT
Beep-Beep-Beep-Beep-Beep These four walls have been my sole companions throughout this year. Of course, we've had many interesting interactions and personal conversations. Sometimes I'd laugh at their silence and other times they'd mock my insignificance. Today is the day we celebrate a year of this special bond and I am truly touched. Never have I ever thought that I'd find someone who hangs onto my words like cement. I'm impressed. Beep-Beep-Beep-Beep According to these peculiar men in white coats, a fever has possessed me. If the symptoms of a fever would include teary eyes, desolation, and often torment then, yes. I have a fever. I'm not sure if this story had always been tedious or is now shaping itself in line with my reserved fate. Now that I dip my head on the pillow and face forward, I realize how special I am.
